Aikenheads Skateboards was established over 9 years ago originally in the back of a Hardware tool shop in Western Australia. Skateboarding was in the Blood, bitten by the Bug in 1974. Growing up in Vancouver Canada , skating with school friends one of them was destined to become Canada's 1st professional Skate boarder ( Kevin Harris of the famous Bones Brigade ) In 1988 I moved from Canada to Australia and settled down. While back in Canada on Vacation in the year 2005 I caught up with Kevin and he rekindled my passion for skateboarding encouraging me to take the plunge...
